Sweets & More Catering is a delicious way to add some fuel to your events, meetings or study sessions! Catering is available to all students, faculty and campus groups. We now accept UMass SpeedKey, cash, UCard debit, ProCards and most major Credit Cards*. We also accept YCMP or Dining Dollars as forms of payment now for catering orders, however, we might determine up-charges due to we only get 92% of those payments from UCard Office. Place an order online and one of our fabulous Catering Consultants will be in touch to make your event a success!

How to Place an Order

First, take a look at our shop to get a sense of what you might like to order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us or visit our store during regular business hours.


Determine the products you wish to order, the number of guests you wish to serve, the date of your event, and the necessary delivery time.


When you are ready to submit your order, please fill out the catering request google form under the catering tab of our website. Please submit this order no later than 7 days before your event. If you submit this order in less than 7 days before your event you will be subject to a late fee. Overs under $50 will be charged a $5 late fee. If your order is $50 or more, the late fee will be an additional 10% of your overall order. 


Once you have submitted the order form, one of us will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order and pricing. At this time, we will send you a copy of the paperwork that needs to be filled out, dealing with the financials. This may need to be signed by an advisor or someone with signature responsibility. The paperwork MUST BE COMPLETED and given to us before or at the time of delivery.


Once all of the paperwork and logistics have been taken care of, it's time to relax! The next time you will see us is on the day of your event, at the specified delivery time, with your order in hand. We guarantee it will be prepared exactly as you had wished!

Cancellation Policies

General Cancellation Policy


The cancellation deadline for an order is three days before the order's delivery date. You may cancel the order anytime before this deadline and there will be no charge to your account. If you cancel less than three days before the event, we will charge you the full cost of the order -- unless the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond your control (see our Inclement Weather Policy below).

Inclement Weather Policy


In the case that campus is closed or your outdoor event is postponed due to inclement weather, we will call you and send out a follow-up email to determine how you wish to move forward -- for example, if you re-schedule the event, we will make your order again and have it delivered on the new date at no additional charge. However, if we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will consider the order to have been cancelled without proper notice and we will charge your account for items. If you choose to place the order again after this 24-hour period, your account will be charged for both orders.
